345 Park Avenue
Challenge
345 Park Avenue is a landmark property in the Rudin portfolio, with 290,000 SF opening up for the first time in 20 years. While Park Avenue space is always in demand, this legacy building needed a fresh visual identity and campaign that captured its stature and made this rare availability feel as special as it truly was.
Solution
We took cues from the quiet confidence of Park Avenue itself, building a restrained, modern identity that let the space lead. A classic palette, subtle typography, and a simple, focused campaign reframed 345 Park as both elevated and approachable — inviting companies to step into a rare opportunity on one of New York’s most iconic streets.
